Chef Barbara Dalton has earned a reputation for consistently serving delicious, high quality meals and prefers to meet and work with each couple to design a custom menu for your important day. We do offer house specialties and menus that have shown to be exceptional choices, but you are in no way limited to the menus following. Barbara loves when a couple comes to the planning table with ideas that reflect family traditions or favorites they have enjoyed together…many secret family recipes have made their way onto the table through the Mountain Springs Lodge kitchen! Our custom-catered dinners are one more way we make your event unforgettable! If you decide to choose from our set menus, our prices range from as low as $23-$39 per person A fine selection of local to international wine, sparkling wine & beers are available for your event through Mountain Springs Lodge. There is no minimum alcohol order required and beverages such as sparkling water, sparkling cider, sodas & juice are also available.
