BBQ Picnic Anyone?
Succulent BBQ pork ribs and chicken, potato and green salads,
baked beans, homemade breads and fresh apple pie are all on the Chef Mark's
famous all -you-can-eat Barbecue at Beaver Creek Ranch.
Mark's helpers circle the covered wagons and chuck wagon at the
ranch compound, and then dinner is served! We welcome business
picnics for employees, families, church gatherings and service groups
to enjoy this outstanding barbecue in it's magnificent setting, to be
followed by horseback rides, old fashioned horse drawn hay rides and
games of volleyball, croquet and horseshoes. Be sure to sign up
your group for the Barbecue picnic and activities while dates are yet
available!
Welcome to Western Bar-B-Qs and horse-drawn wagon rides at Mountain Springs
Lodge! We are a recreation and lodging destination that caters to groups
large and small. We specialize in horseback rides, wagon rides and chuckwagon
Bar-B-Qs.
Your group will enjoy the western flavor of the entire event,
from the Activity Center - with log barn and horseshoe pits, four rail fences,
authentic chuckwagon and spacious lawns, to the expansive views of meadows
and mountains that the setting provides.
The Bar-B-Q is fabulous fare
with an all-you-can-eat meal consisting of chicken and ribs, choice of salads,
baked beans, rolls and topped off with a slice of delicious apple pie.

$39.95 for adults
$18.50 for children age3-7.
Prices include all you can eat BBQ Buffet with drinks and dessert, and Horse drawn Wagon Ride.
Minimum group size is 4 adults.
